The journey to founding Western Reserve Consulting was driven by a blend of experience, vision, and a deep passion for helping small businesses grow and thrive. With over a dozens years of experience in finance and accounting across various sectors, I gained a thorough understanding of the financial challenges and opportunities that businesses face daily.
Recognizing that many small businesses need accessible, expert financial guidance to unlock their full potential, I felt compelled to create a resource that provides exactly that—without breaking the bank. This led to the founding of Western Reserve Consulting, with a mission to offer high-quality Financial and Human Resources support that empowers small businesses to achieve their goals.

Rachel Faciana
Founder & CEO
Rachel is the Founder & CEO and Principal Consultant of Western Reserve Consulting, bringing more than a dozen years of experience in accounting and human resource services to small businesses across the region. She holds a Master of Business Administration and is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, combining strategic insight with hands-on expertise to help business owners build strong operational foundations and sustainable growth.
When she’s not advising clients, Rachel is exploring her hometown of Cleveland, Ohio with her family and three dogs — or adding to (and carefully curating) her extensive vinyl record collection, where her appreciation for classic sound mirrors her belief in timeless business fundamentals.

Julia Rojas
Accounting Manager
Julia is a detail-oriented Accounting Manager with expertise in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and data analysis. A QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certified professional, she’s passionate about helping clients make sense of their numbers so they can spend less time in spreadsheets and more time growing their business.
Outside the office, Julia channels her creativity into making art, traveling for concerts, and hunting for hidden gems in her favorite vintage shops around greater Cleveland, proving that whether it’s finances or fashion, she knows how to spot value.

Camden Pace
Sr. Staff Accountant
Camden is a seasoned Staff Accountant with a knack for financial modeling, sharp analysis, and making spreadsheets do impressive things. A graduate of the University of Dayton, he brings precision and practical insight to every engagement, helping small business clients untangle complex accounting and operational challenges and taking particular pride when everything reconciles on the first try.
When he’s not in the numbers, you’ll find Camden on the basketball court or cheering on Cleveland sports teams - a true exercise in loyalty, resilience, and long-term optimism that serves him well in accounting.

Maria Sinatra
Operations Manager
Maria leads internal operations and owns the firm’s client experience from kickoff to final deliverable. With 15 years of customer service experience, she’s passionate about responsiveness, clear communication, and making sure every engagement runs smoothly and feels seamless on the client side.
Outside of work, Maria spends her time with her dog Nova, attending concerts, and hiking the parks near her North Carolina home — always in pursuit of a great experience, on and off the clock.
