The journey to founding Western Reserve Consulting was driven by a blend of experience, vision, and a deep passion for helping small businesses grow and thrive. With over a decade of experience in finance and accounting across various sectors, I gained a thorough understanding of the financial challenges and opportunities that businesses face daily.

Recognizing that many small businesses need accessible, expert financial guidance to unlock their full potential, I felt compelled to create a resource that provides exactly that—without breaking the bank. Founder & CEO
Rachel is the President & Founder and principal consultant of Western Reserve Consulting. Rachel has over a decade of experience in Accounting & Human Resource services. Rachel holds a Masters of Business Administration and is a Quickbooks ProAdvisor. When she is not helping small businesses, she is enjoying her time exploring her home of Cleveland, Ohio with her family and three dogs or listening to her extensive vinyl records collection.
Julia Rojas
Accounting Manager
Julia Rojas is a detail-oriented accountant manager with experience in financial reporting, bookkeeping and data analysis. She's passionate about helping clients make sense of numbers so they can focus their time on growing their business. Outside of work Julia enjoys making art, traveling for concerts and shopping at her favorite vintage stores in the greater Cleveland area. Julia is Quickbooks ProAdvisor Certified.

Sr. Staff Accountant
Camden is a seasoned staff accountant who excels in financial modeling and analysis. Camden is a graduate of the University of Dayton. Camden is eager to help our small business clients solve complex accounting and operational challenges. When he is not reconciling bank accounts, he is playing basketball or enjoying time watching Cleveland sports.
